What Does a 14-Night Royal Caribbean Back-to-Back Cost? The Middle One Is $1,895

Add the two legs of a back-to-back and you get one price for the whole trip. Here is that price for the lengths people book most, and by home port.

The middle 14-night Royal Caribbean back-to-back costs $1,895 per person for an interior cabin, taxes and port fees included. That is $135 a night. The cheapest tenth of these trips cost $1,274 or less, and the dearest tenth cost $3,339 or more.

Every number comes from our own price data, as captured on 22 October 2026. We added the lowest interior fare of leg one to the lowest interior fare of leg two for every back-to-back trip of two legs whose first leg leaves between 1 November 2026 and 31 October 2027 and has a fare on both legs (2,146 trips). The box at the bottom says exactly how. This is what Royal Caribbean is asking today, not what anyone paid.

Each bar runs from the 10th to the 90th percentile of the price of both legs added together, so it shows where most trips sit. Interior cabin, per person, taxes and port fees included, 22 October 2026.

14 nights$1,274 to $3,339middle $1,895, 864 trips

Two things stand out. The price does not rise in a straight line with the nights: the 10-night trip costs less than the 9-night one. And the 14-night trip has the widest spread, $1,274 to $3,339, so the home port matters more than the length.

Is the second leg cheaper?

No, not as a rule. For 2,146 trips we compared the fare a night on each leg. Leg two is cheaper in 1,060 trips and dearer in 1,075, and the same to the cent in 11: a split of 49% to 50%. What does matter is length: when the two legs are different lengths, the shorter leg costs more a night in 74% of the 1,326 trips. See what you pay twice for on a back-to-back.

What to do with this

What this does not tell you

  • It is the lowest interior cabin, per person, for two sharing. A balcony or suite is dearer and may follow a different order.
  • It is fare, taxes and port fees only. Flights, hotels, drinks, tips and shore trips are not in it.
  • The two legs may be on two ships, and each leg's lowest fare may be a different date's sale. The total is the sum of the two lowest fares, not a booked price.
  • Prices are for trips leaving 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 only. This is one day of fares, 22 October 2026, and fares move daily.

Trips with no price

19 trips use Hero of the Seas, which has not entered service yet, and are left out. 67 more had no interior fare on one leg on 22 October. They are shown as unpriced on the site, never estimated, and left out of every figure here.

How we measured this

Data date: 22 October 2026 (the capture ran on the evening of Wednesday 21 October, Pacific time; our records date it 22 October). Source: the legtolegcruises.com price history, the nightly capture of Royal Caribbean fares. A back-to-back trip here means two sailings in a row: the second leaves the port the first arrives at, on the day it arrives, and both are real cruises (cruise-and-land tours are left out). It is the one rule in our own code that every page of this site uses. We took every such trip whose first leg leaves between 1 November 2026 and 31 October 2027 (2,232 trips), left out the 19 that use Hero of the Seas and the 67 with no interior fare on a leg, and priced 2,146. The price of a trip is the lowest interior fare of leg one plus the lowest interior fare of leg two, per person, taxes and port fees included, as Royal Caribbean prices a cabin for two sharing it. Middles are medians; the cheapest and dearest tenth are the 10th and 90th percentile. "A night" divides the whole trip by its nights. "Shorter leg costs more" compares the fare a night of the shorter leg with that of the longer leg, for trips whose legs differ in length. Fares move daily.
