Club Royale or Casino Royale? What Each One Is and Where Your Offers Live
Searched for your Casino Royale offer and found nothing? You may be searching under the wrong name.

Casino Royale is the casino on board Royal Caribbean ships, and Club Royale is the rewards program behind it. Your casino cruise offers can turn up in four places, and the host desk on board has the instant rewards flyer. Here they are, and what it means when all four come up empty.
Two names, one place to search
If you say âmy Casino Royale offer,â you mean your Club Royale offer. So search for Club Royale, not Casino Royale. Royal Caribbeanâs terms describe four kinds of offer. A stateroom offer is a complimentary cruise fare for you and one guest, and you pay taxes and fees. A dollars-off offer takes an amount off a fare. A discounted stateroom offer gives you a free fare and your guest a casino discount rate. FreePlay is the fourth. New to the program? Start with Club Royale, Explained.
Where to look
- The Club Royale offers website, clubroyaleoffers.com. Enter your name and Crown & Anchor loyalty number to see your tier status, tier credits and available casino cruise offers. This is the list to work from.
- My Offers on RoyalCaribbean.com. Royal Caribbeanâs offer terms say North American recipients can visit RoyalCaribbean.com/MyOffers. Click My Offers, then the casino offer coupon to see the sailings it covers. The Book Now link in an offer email and the QR code on a mailed offer lead there too.
- Your inbox and mailbox. Royal Caribbean sends offers by regular mail and email as well as through the member website, its SeaPass guide says. Its terms say an offer can come as an email, a home invitation or an instant cruise reward. They also tell you to keep your contact details and communication permissions up to date.
- The Royal Caribbean app. Published reports in April 2026 said Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises had added a casino view to their apps. It shows your tier, your points and your cruise offers on one dashboard. On an up-to-date app, look there. If your offer is not showing, use the website.
On board, ask at the Casino Royale host desk. Royal Caribbeanâs SeaPass guide says it has the current monthâs âRack Up the Rewardsâ flyer. The flyer lists the points you need on your current sailing for a discount or a free cruise. The rewards vary by voyage and change monthly.
Why you might not see one
Offers are not a right of membership. Royal Caribbeanâs SeaPass guide says it picks recipients on a range of criteria. Those include demographics, how often you have cruised and your past casino play. Under its offer terms, Royal Caribbean can withhold offers after inactivity or a drop in your play. It may also remove you from future offers if you redeem one and do not play. Its program terms say benefits and offers are at its discretion and can change or end without notice.
So an empty offers page usually means no offer has been issued to you right now. The SeaPass guide adds that the more you play on a cruise, the better your next offers are apt to be. Neither play nor tier guarantees one.
Once you have an offer, read it before you book
An offer is worth exactly what it covers: the stateroom category, the book-by date and the sailings available when you redeem it. How to read a Club Royale offer walks through the five lines that matter. They are the code, whether it is comped or discounted, the book-by date, the eligible sailings and the guest terms. Then booking a casino offer, step by step takes you through redeeming it.
Holding two or more? Then the question is where to spend them. Add your offers to legtolegcruises.com and it checks each oneâs eligible sailings against the sailings we track. For a back-to-back, it works out which offer belongs on which leg.
