Booking a Casino Offer, Step by Step

From the offers page to a confirmed sailing — the exact Royal Caribbean redemption flow, and the shortcut that skips the hunting.

You’ve got the offer, you’ve picked the sailing — now how do you actually book it? Club Royale redemptions don’t work like a normal cruise checkout, and the flow surprises people the first time. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.

Step 1 — find the offer

Sign in to Royal Caribbean and open your Club Royale offers page. Your active offers are listed as cards, each with its code and terms. Pick the one you want to spend and choose Redeem (some cards also offer View Sailings, which shows the eligible list without starting a booking).

Step 2 — new booking

Redeeming pops a choice: New booking (start a fresh reservation using the offer) or apply the offer to an existing on-ship booking. For a back-to-back you’re almost always starting new bookings — one per leg.

Step 3 — pick up to three sailings

This is the part that catches people. Royal Caribbean shows the offer’s eligible sailings in a table — ship, port, itinerary, date — and asks you to select up to three, in preference order. You’re not instantly booking a specific cruise; you’re telling a casino representative your ranked choices, and they book your first available. Provide backups in case your top pick is full.

Step 4 — the details and the bill

Once your sailing is set, you’ll see the real out-of-pocket: the comped fare (often $0 for guest one), any second-guest fare, and taxes and port fees for everyone. Gratuities are billed onboard. Confirm the offer is actually attached and the price reflects it before you pay — if the comp didn’t apply, you’re looking at the normal rate.

The shortcut

The tedious part is the hunting — finding the offer, opening it, and scrolling a long eligibility table for the one sailing you want, times however many legs you’re chaining. Same official Royal Caribbean booking, far less scrolling.
