Does a Club Royale Offer Cover One Guest or Two? What the October 2026 Lists Show
The suite levels name two guests on every sailing. The balcony, ocean view and interior levels split, and the month you sail decides which. Here is the count, and what it does to the second guest.
On the October 2026 Club Royale lists A and C, every sailing at levels 01 to 03A and at the two VIP levels names a free fare for two guests. At levels 04 to 07 it is two guests on 46% of sailings and one guest on the rest, and the month decides which. Of the winter sailings (November to March) at those levels, 63% name two guests. Of the summer ones (May to July), only 11%. Level 08 is mostly one guest, and levels 09 and 10 almost always.
Every number comes from Royal Caribbean's public monthly Club Royale offer lists for October 2026 as we read them. Each list entry has a column for how many guests sail free. The box at the bottom says exactly how. This is what the list says, not what the offer card or the checkout page says: the card for your code, and then the booking page, have the final word.
The count, level by level
On list A, the suite levels and the two VIP levels name two guests on every sailing. From level 04, a guarantee level where Royal Caribbean picks the room, the count splits. List C reads the same as list A. List D prints no guest count for levels 01 to 03A and the VIP levels, and the same split as the others from level 04. The table is list A.
| Level | Points listed | Sailings naming 2 guests | Sailings naming 1 guest | Share naming 2 guests |

Different sailings leaving on or after 22 October 2026 that each list A level names, by the guest count printed on the list entry (free fare for 1 or 2 guests). List A, October 2026.
The month you sail decides it
At levels 04 to 07, the share of sailings that name two guests is high in the winter and falls to 7% in July. The bars show the lowest and highest of the four levels each month. The note gives the four levels together.
Share of sailings naming two guests, levels 04 to 07, by month of sailing
List A, October 2026, sailings leaving 1 November 2026 to 30 September 2027. Each bar runs from the level with the lowest share to the level with the highest share among levels 04, 05, 06 and 07 that month. The note gives all four levels together and the number of sailing entries.
The home port shows the same swing. Of the entries at levels 04 to 07, San Diego names two guests on 91%, San Juan names two guests on 72%, Los Angeles names two guests on 66%. At the other end, Seattle on 11%, Cape Liberty on 11%, Vancouver on 18%. Month and port go together, because Alaska sails in the summer and the Gulf and the Pacific coast run all year, so we cannot separate the two. The lists do not say why. Check the guest count on the sailing you want, not on the level.
What it does to the second guest
If the list names one guest, the second guest in the cabin is not covered by the free fare. The second guest pays the fare for their place in the cabin, plus taxes and port fees. Our guide to second-guest fees says what to expect. On the 7-night interior sailings at level 05, the sailings that name one guest are also dearer ones: the middle lowest interior fare, taxes and port fees included, is $1,086 on the 119 sailings that name one guest, against $808 on the 59 that name two. The dearer sailings are mostly summer ones.
| Seven-night interior sailings at level 05 | Sailings | Middle lowest interior fare, taxes and port fees included | Middle taxes and port fees |
|---|---|---|---|
| The list names 1 guest | 119 | $1,086 | $188 |
| The list names 2 guests | 59 | $808 | $162 |
List A level 05, sailings of 7 nights leaving on or after 22 October 2026 that name an interior cabin and had an interior fare on 22 October. Fares as captured on 22 October 2026.
Our price checker applies an assumed discount to the second guest, 60 percent off the cruise fare, only when an offer states none and you have not typed one in. It is labelled "assumed" wherever it appears. It is our placeholder, not a Royal Caribbean rule, and we have seen only a handful of real checkouts to base it on. Royal Caribbean's price at checkout is final. Nothing in the lists above tells us a second guest's price.
What to do with this
Read the guest count on your sailing, then price the second guest from the booking page. If you sail alone, the count does not matter and the free fare covers you. If two sail, a one-guest sailing needs a second fare in your plan. Look the sailing up on the offer code page, and read how to read a Club Royale offer.
On a leg-to-leg trip each leg has its own guest count, so one leg can cover two guests and the next only one. The back-to-back guide shows how the legs join up.
What this does not tell you
- It is the October 2026 lists only. Other months can differ, and we cannot say the winter and summer swing will repeat.
- The guest count is what the list prints. We do not know how Royal Caribbean applies it at checkout.
- List D prints no guest count at levels 01 to 03A and VIP. We show list A.
- A "free fare" is the cruise fare. Taxes, port fees and gratuities are not part of it, for any guest.
- The 60 percent is our own assumption and not a Royal Caribbean rule. Do not plan on it.
- Nothing here is a quote, and no offer, level or approval is promised.
Sailings with no fare
The fare table uses only sailings with an interior fare on 22 October. 5 sailings on the lists are not in our data by ship and date, and a sailing with no interior fare is left out of the table, never estimated.
