What this video covers
Club Royale is the casino program on Royal Caribbean ships, and this video explains how it really works. You earn tier credits in the onboard casino on what you play, not on whether you win. Royal Caribbean publishes the rates: one point for every 5 dollars on a reel slot, and one point for every 15 dollars on video poker. There are four tiers: Choice from the first point, Prime at 2,500 points, Signature at 25,000 and Masters at 100,000. The year that counts runs from April 1 to March 31.
Offers come in three kinds. A comped cruise covers the cruise fare on certain sailings, but you still pay taxes, fees and gratuities, and often a fare for the second guest. A discounted rate is simply a lower price. FreePlay is casino credit you get once you are aboard: it does not lower what you pay to book, and it earns no tier credits. Every offer has a code, a book by date, a list of sailings and a number of guests. Before you book, check five things in order: the sailings, the cabin, the guests, the extras and the book by date. Then compare the whole total with booking the same cruise normally. On a back-to-back, a couple can spend one person's offer on the first leg and the other person's on the second.
Prices and counts in the video are from the day it was made, Sep 16, 2026. The finder always shows today's.
