What this video covers

All aboard was half past four, and you are one minute late. This video walks one example afternoon in port, minute by minute: who notices you are gone, where your passport goes and who pays. At 4:30 comes all aboard. At 4:31 the gangway desk counts every cruise card. At 4:45 comes a True or False about tours and whether the ship will wait, and at 5:00 the ship leaves. At 5:01 comes the bill, from the cruise line's own ticket contract.

Then comes a ship notice and a seven box checklist for before you step off the ship. The last chapters ask what happens when the cruise you missed was the first of two cruises in a row, and whether to chase the ship or wait. Six rubber ducks missed the ship too. The facts come from Royal Caribbean's US ticket contract and its help pages on shore excursions and missed departures, read 24 October 2026, from travel news sites, and from the site's own data: 8,886 port stops on 3,095 upcoming cruises, counted 29 October 2026. Rules differ by cruise line and by country, so check your own line's rules before you sail.

Prices and counts in the video are from the day it was made, Nov 1, 2026. The finder always shows today's.
